I think more melee options would be an great addition to the game. Knifes, machetes etc. and a quick melee option, like to use the stock of your rifle to hit someone. And 2 hits = 1 kill. And also that melee weapons that are sharp is 1 hit kill. But still have it so your secondary gets replaced by your melee.
Also throwing knives would also be an great addition, because they take way more skill to use, compared to grenades. Also one hit kill.
This might be a bit messy, but more melee options would be great, I want to sneak up on the enemy and stab them to death, then disappear in a nearby bush.
