basically:
Choose an armor type, none, light, medium, heavy, exo. Then choose one of the cosmetic reskins for that type.
so you have Medium Vest A, Medium Vest B, Medium Vest C, etc.
This also allows the game to have different configurations of armor rigging, so maybe Medium 1 is the current ingame configuration, but Medium 2 replaces extra throwables with extra secondary ammunition, Medium 3 switches the counts of primary and secondary ammo around, etc.
Increases customization, declutters the menu, allows future options.
I see little issue.
