Since medic is losing their lethality when most smgs and pdws are geting removed, shouldnt we buff medic's capability to heal and revive teammates so they can do their main thing faster and just less about holding a button to do their job?
some things i have in mind is to make the large med pack to work in a radious around it, healing teammates and maybe stopping bleeding but at a slow rate. small med pack works for something as a lonewolf or when you dont want to be in a high traffic area and work more on the flanks being able to use it after 5 seconds and it heals 10 health per second(open to change the stats) and something to make revives take less is to make it work like a defib from the battlefield games where you revive with a single button(aswell up to change)

Cutting the bleeding in an area with a accessory could be a cool idea but imo the mechanic would be clunky, like it'll stop bleeding from already bleeding people or even the new ones coming in the area?
I agree with you for the revives, I think it takes a lot of time so most people don't revive even when you're close to them. Most people picking medics RN are often big KPM players who want to heal themselves fast and often don't heal/revive others.
Increase HP on those revived by medic to 75%, give the medic shock paddle gadget accessory that instantly revives a player at 20hp, but needs 5 seconds to recharge between revives
I think it'd be wiser to just put the revive on 60% (like that the guy have to bandage 1time and can be down with 1 sniper bullet, 2/3AR PDW, etc) and to fasten a bit the revive animation.
Definitely need to make Medic better at reviving than other classes, more than just speed
could also help to mute when being revived so I don’t have some Russian dude basically blowing my cover/position by screaming medic in the voice chat
But in all seriousness having more effective revives would go a long way, and might actually make it worth it to wait for a medic vs simply just respawning, especially in community servers where spawn times are almost non-existent
Medics don't revive you because it put you to lowhp, people don't revive because they don't want to take that time
Medics don't revive because everyone just respawns straight away, at least on EU servers
They respawned straight away because they get used to not being revives, it's a consequence
I know for a fact they'll often try to stay there if they see a medic. 1 year ago people were talking a lot more to get revives, now they don't mind because they don't want to spam in vocal to get revive on each death specially if they get ignore most of the time

I’m intentionally ignoring vocal spam as med because 9/10 times there’s an enemy nearby and you just blew my cover. As a medic I dont mind going for revives, just don’t make it a chore for me to do so.
It's both. Slowing down in this game gets you killed and respawning is way too easy.
So there's very little incentive from either side to hold on for a medic unless you know it will be hard to get back to that spot.
Kind of why I'd like to see an instant revive gadget with a recharge time

Yea but after about 4-5 revives your timer disappears so quickly it's basically impossible
I was mostly thinking it to begin a timer to stop someone who is bleeding, like 6 seconds to do while you are in the radious

no, engi already have RP-brokenG that does the same job but better, and support is still the least played class, put like BF C4 on support only

So a sledgehammer would make that job and restrict support from having the possibility to kill tanks
An other thread talked about adding pickaxe or sledgehammer on everyone I don't think it's a bad idea
