Right now there are lots of different ways for people to play and get points, and soon with the announced changes today (11/19/23) to the pinging system even recon drones may have a chance to score lots of points while providing useful information to their team.
I think additional Global leaderboards that reflect different ways to generate points such as; Pinging/spotting, squad leader points, and transportation would be great ways for people to compete which also helps out the player base in general. There could also be smaller global leaderboards for each weapon, so players can see who has the most kills with each individual weapon, this could be found under the gun stats or on a separate leaderboard list you click.
Additional end game leaderboards could be added such as; pinging/spotter points mentioned above, RPG kills (In my experience a population of the player base pretty strictly use RPGs so this would help players chase for that), repairing (global leaderboard exists for this currently), roadkills, headshots and others I have not mentioned or thought of.
