i'm pretty sure there aren't any input buffers for that, only for firing your gun
It's either animation issues or input buffers because i encounter them a lot

they are instant, animations will take a while as it's not Quake
no solution to anim canceling i assume?
some things w anims make it feel so clunky n weird, like vaulting taking a year and another second until u can fire
Sorry, might not be the right place but what about being able to immediately switch to pistol during toggle ADS, instead of having to cancel ADS first?

That just doesn’t make sense imo
It's how most other fps I've played handle weapon switching etc when you have ADS set to toggle rather than hold, and feels better to me. Automatically exiting ADS and switching weapons when you press the weapon change key during ADS, rather than you having to manually press ADS key to exit ADS and then press the weapon change key. Multiple requests have been made for this on reddit, like:

I also want this to happen. The current mission is to get 20 kills with pistols but it's very frustrating when you can't break ADS by pressing secondary
