Increasing squad leader awareness

Nobody likes a clueless squad leader. I see two options:

1. At the start of the round, the first person to click a button to opt-in becomes SL. This might not be entirely fair due to loading speed.

2. Randomly select a SL, but show them a popup at the beginning of the round. It would look like the server rules popup, and would outline the abilities of a squad leader. There would be a click-hold button to opt in and a button to opt out.

In the in-game hud, the SL should be highlighted among the list of players in the bottom left. Additionally, when a spawn beacon is broken, the SL should get a text or icon notification.

I like the first one the most; it'd probably be better for the role to be voluntary and completive that way we'd get people actually wanting to use the role.

Another squad can still be made if they wanted it but don't get the Squad Lead role.

We also still have party leaders, and they get squad lead by default.
