Give SOFLAM Binocs to recon, and give the SOFLAM FLIR.

SOFLAM Binoculars are already in the game and were on squad leader class prior to its removal. Giving the recon class SOFLAM and Giving the soflam flir capability (battery mechanic too) gives recon the capability to relay intelligence without being able to directly act on that intelligence themselves immediately. This would actively encourage recon to use the ping system and make callouts to get more immediate effect on enemies than a player would be able to accomplish solo. this would help other team members more generally by getting better battlefield awareness and not shake their fist at back-field snipers as often.

I cannot +1 this enthusiastically enough. Would also be nice to have them be one of the class passives for recon, not taking up one of the gadget slots
