Hello!
I noticed that communication in-game is somewhat insufficient due to either not being willing to talk or being unable to talk (technical issues).
This issue is mainly visible in situations such as when you die 6m away from your friendlies but they can't see you, when you need medic to heal you, when you want to warn your teammate about the enemy OR when you want to give thanks to your lovable medic.
I'm not sure whether this was already brought up in the past but chat/voice wheel would kind of solve these issues.
