As the title says, it would be cool to see some non hostile NPCs at some of the urban environments or near the cap areas. I'm more thinking about CSGO and how they had hostage rescue game modes where the Civilians would have to get cleared out by 1 team and moved from Location A to the safezone.
Whether they are killable or not is something that I am not too sure on and would probably think is more appropriate for the devs to make a decision on.
Maybe they could be implemented at all gamemodes and if you shoot at them you lose points from what you get in game idk, but its still a cool feature to see in game.
I'm Also pretty open to other variations of implementing them in a palitable way where it would make sense to what this game is about.
