This weapon would make for a pretty unique playstyle, hitting hard at medium range but may be outgunned in close quarters. Here are some suggestions for how it would work in-game:
-Starts with built-in sight like F2000
-Laser/flashlight attachments go in the dedicated slot below the barrel (see second image)
-Burst mode fires 3 shots at +/-2100rpm, with full auto firing at +/-460rpm
-Bottom grip support
-Quick mag support
BALANCING - One or multiple of the following
-High damage to compensate for low RPM in full auto; not enough to insta-kill with 3 rounds to the body
-Long reload time
-Heavier than SCAR-H
-Burst firing could have the downsides of:
>Inaccuracy, or
>Low burst rate, or
>Heavy recoil

in my opinion, there is no need to add such a weapon here, since it is very exotic

azure light
#

it looks very different but it would behave only a little different from other guns

#

i think it would be a cool addition

woeful horizon
#

I think this would be very cool

This would be great but only once LMGs & LSWs are fleshed out.

azure light
#

would it be considered an LSW?

#

i do suppose it's pretty heavy even for an AR so it does make sense

sharp ocean
#

Maybe make it so that support can also take it as well as other classes like an assault rifle

azure light
#

idk how that would work since only support can use LSWs and can't use ARs

#

but as i said it makes sense that G11 would be an LSW because it's about as heavy as L86 and heavier than SCAR-H

#

and would justify its slow reload time

i see, that's fair

yeah as it stands there are no good burst guns in the game, so I feel this could feel a great niche. Maybe if you land the entire burst on a light helmet it could one shot

azure light
#

i was thinking something like that, where it heavily rewards accuracy but punishes inaccuracy

#

very skill-dependent gun but not bad in any way, and still hits hard if you don't one tap

#

definitely a defensive weapon tho

You completely missing the point of this weapon in the first place. It have been created this way to make BURST mode super precise. You should be able to fire 3 round burst so fast what recoil wouldn't have time to affect on user

#

I know the same quirky and niche weapon in PS2: NSX Yumi. Looks great on paper, quite impractical on field due to recoil mechanics

My idea:
24 dmg
Very low recoil(low enough that it could be used at full auto with a 4x)
500 rpm full auto
80 accuracy, dropping by 4 for each shot in the burst(first shot has 76, second has 72 third has 68 accuracy)
2100rpm burst with recoil felt as a single hit with 4x the vertical & 5x the horizontal after the burst.
145 bursts per minute.

#

Slightly slower move speed than the l86

azure light
#

if you could spam a burst that does more damage than the M110 with half the recoil, you have little reason not to switch off of it

#

so something about that mode should make it fair and not just a straight upgrade

azure light
#

although i understand it isn't really meant to be used full auto

#

it is fair that full auto would have very little recoil tho

#

it would just be pre-buff aug but more unwieldy if not bursting

sharp ocean
azure light
#

yea the only thing it would lack against M110 would be range, but it'd already be past a distance you would ever fire an AR from anyway

sharp ocean
#

I just realized that it has a 1 burst kill to the head. 24*1.5*3=108

azure light
#

that'd only be against light armor i think

azure light
#

i do feel like this gun could usher in a way to make burst mode worth using in battlebit

#

plus it's quite iconic... might be a pain to animate but i think many would greatly enjoy it (including me)

#

balance-wise it should only one tap if all three shots landed on a light/empty helmet imo

flint hill
#

that would put it on par with ARs I think right? at least it feals that way

azure light
#

yeah it would be an AR but with some risk-reward aspects

#

well... every gun has those anyway so it's nothing crazy

#

just allows for yet another unique way to play the game without being confusing or overpowered

#

plus the design is just begging to be in battlebit with the dedicated light/laser slot below the barrel

#

with some G11 models having some built-in mag storage, they could make it so the first two reloads are slightly faster, resetting when you pick up ammo

bro I was jut imagining this gun a while ago

#

it's got such a weird wacky reload, really cool firearm

agreed

gotta love the wind-up death machine
