Very good gun, honestly I feel like it is very balanced as it is at this point in time.

My feedback:
- Felt like a great unlock when I got it. It definitely worked to the way I intended it to work.
- Great for early starters as a sniper and as you rank up you will recieve better snipers later on.
- Can agree it feels balanced as is.

^ if anything it needs a bit more of a specific niche to fill in comparison to the l96 or m200 for instance

maybe sooner damage ramp up so starts it ramp up at around 425M from what currently looks like 525M that way it can hit harder at some ranges

This is a good sniper rifle, the problem for me is that it makes it the SSG-69 largely pointless. And then the L96 makes this pointless. The rest of the guns are sidegrades, but the sniper rifles feel like straight upgrades of each other, with the exception of the M200 being distinct. I feel like the whole class of weapons needs to be looked at in relation to each other personally.
Personally I think this should be the default sniper rifle, and have it just be generally good. It wouldn't say, scope and bolt as fast as the Rem700. Nor would it be as fast in flight as the L96 and M200. Nor would it be perhaps as light as the SSG-69. Nor would it be as sneaky as the MSR. Or whatever the roles end up being. This would just be the one that works in most situations usually, but doesn't specialize. The M4A1 of snipers.
