its a really good smg imo only in like 32v32 and certain maps the range is underwhelming, and the lack of attachments puts it far behind any other smg

Currently I think if could use either a slight damage buff or give it armor piercing ammo.
Something A.V.A. did with the PP2000 that I thought was kind of cool was essentially offer two versions of it by way of a weapon mod (7N31 AP ammo exchange) which cut the mag size down to 20, boosted base damage slightly, and also gave it armor piercing properties.

i think the gun is fine just think all smgs need the vector treatment of fall off

ive been using this smg extensively and imo this gun doesnt really need any tweaking

Out of all the SMGs, this gun feels the worse. While it is still usable, the gun is an absolute peashooter.
I would say a good place to start with buffing this gun is giving it attachment options. More barrel options would be great. If you buff the damage to 24 and add in a LB option. This will be a contender for sure.

This is a less important thing but I think this gun needs a visual overhaul. PP-2000 is way behind the other guns in terms of beauty, also has slightly rougher animations too. Just my 5 cents ☕ .

im running it with the suppressor and ext mag and it was actually a pretty viable option (bogged down by mostly long reload times though)
even for the "weakest" smg it still felt pretty good to use
i reckon with the buffs you will start seeing more people pick this up

it was usable, but weak imo. The only change that really matters for the PP2000 is the ROF buff. and ADS change The damage increase doesn't affect any damage thresholds.

I know the devs are correctly trying o make a close quarter weapon, but they could trying to make handle more like a pistol were it has the highest movement, draw and ADS speed in the class since of it size. would also allow it to mount a laser sight or flashlight underneath the grip like can be done IRL

big agree with this ^ vector, mp5 and mp7 are simply the better choices compared to ump45 and pp2k so hopefully with the upcoming balance changes pp2k will be more popular for its ammo count

Some more muzzle attachments would be nice, plus the extended mag is just not worthwhile due to the massive movement speed cut, which makes it kind of underwhelming.

Extended mag penalty is too severe, otherwise it is good at CQC like other SMGs due to its higher RoF.
