Death skip and headbob

Would be nice to have the option to toggle space to expire on death rather than hold. Also sprint headbob is really harsh for people who experience motion sickness, consider making it optional.

You can hasten death by opening the menu and hitting "Respawn". Honestly though, I'd rather not have a quick death as it gives you pause on if you should really respawn or if that medic is actually going to make it.

Here, I'll answer for you: The medic is going to res you right where you died in the open. They will ignore you yelling to get down due to that sniper who got you. They will then die immediately to said sniper.

I just don't want to hold space I don't have a problem with the game making me wait a moment before I can expire
