Right now everyone just spam granades and run into them. Respawn with more granades and spam again. That shouldnt be a thing - after respawn near the fight player should rearm first. Only respawn at main base might rearm a player.

when spawning on a teammate there should be penalty - 50% of ammo and no granades until rearm

Why though? What is the purpose other than just being unfun?
Where are you supposed to re-arm? Support players are already uncommon. Less common is when they play their role and lay down ammo

if one of the roles is uncommon then something is wrong 😄
