To start im going to be talking about balance of the weapons and classes. I would like to stress the fact the game and guns Feel solid and Personally and statistically have not found any issues of any weapons dominating over another. In short you may use anything you like and do as well as you want and be fine. Again the balance of the weapons themselves is fine TTK is fine shots to kill is fine ranges are mostly fine etc this is about Most things not having a use in the current game.

Im gonna elaborate and put down some ground work some people may not agree with these and have argue points which go ahead and argue but im going to try my best to post statistical and factual information based on the current community, gameplay and what has been generally said. The AK-74 currently is the best automatic especially with mods. The DMRs provide no true and real advantage over an automatic (I will explain soon), Sniper rifles are near useless and niche and do not provide much. SMGs depending on the gun are outclassed completely or just in a weird spot. Most of the balance between things are actually fine.

DMRs: So to start with this because I personally love dmrs taking my time and lining up shots and getting follow up shots being slightly aggressive at mid range. Current DMRs are too weak to do anything meaningful the best one you can get is the SVD or the M110 but the M110 needs mods to perform well to counter its downsides. Even then some one with a AK15, Scar H, FAL can do what a dmr can do but now has full auto backup, more ammo, and way less recoil. The only time they fail at beating a dmr is in a weird range of 300-500m where most fights are done by sniper rifles only anyways. So again what is the use of a DMR if you can only use them at the current games long range and a battle rifle does what it can do but better?

ARs: Not much bad about ars you can use any one of them you like and do fine with any of them the problem happens when you slowly realize any new AR you unlock is a worse version or a copy paste version of another weapon either a direct upgrade or downgrade. Gets even worse when you find out that the AK74 Stats wise is one of the best you can use especially with mods. The fal coming in close second. To give an example, Why use a G36C when the M4 exists? or maybe the ACR when the SG550 exists? why use the HK419 when the M4 exists? why use the AK15 when the Fal exists?

SMGs: Now smgs are strong and very useful the issue it comes to is just like the AR why use Y weapon when X weapon exists? They also have a abnormaly far range matching the falloff range of ARs I also would like to point out the FAMAS might as well be a smg with its horrible range and damage but having a high rpm. Making it one of the worst smgs in the game

Snipers: L96 and M200 are generally the only snipers that should be used, they both have high velocity and damage and can dish out at range anything other than these two have a lower velocity with either the same bolt speed or worse and sometimes a lower mag. no reason to use any other sniper even the ones you unlock later leaving the sniper class itself having lack of progression and generally very boring like its been forgotten

LMGs: there are only 2 and one of them acts more like an AR than an LMG and when you turn it into a LMG or LSW it becomes worse than what it originally is. They are fine for just shooting at things but dont seem to be used very well and when used they lack the mobility and range and even accuracy the game calls for it.. LMGs act more like room clearing weapons rather than a machine gun.

For classes:
You dont need to use any other class than the engineer or medic sometimes the Support the other two have no real advantage to using them over another class, one kills buildings and tanks and deals with groups of people the other heals everyone the only time you would need anything else is for ammo. To explain why medic, its much more advantageous to go into battle with a full health bar and to constantly heal along with keeping bandages. Im not saying the other classes are bad just saying they have no need to be used in any way

Vehicles:

Tanks:
In my opinion they are in a perfect spot besides damaging eachother. The only thing i would say to improve on is make drones pop up on thermals and IFF just so its easier to spot those strapped C4 drones flying at you that can one hit.. one shotting a tank is fine but it shouln't be as easy as it is right now. As for tank on tank damage for using AP it doesnt make sense that it does less damage than a tandem on average. tandem taking anywhere from 2-3 rockets while a tank taking 3-5

IFV/APC:
These are fun but arent the greatest they are more of an annoyance. They have an auto cannon good at killing infantry withing around 300m which is quite short. they are inaccurate and only 20 rounds of ammo per clip which is kind of lacking especially in the situations you might find yourself in. they aren't horrible and can be great but the spot they are in is lacking some love.

Hummer:
these things are great, a bit silly when they come in contact with another vehicle but work generally fine. only thing i dislike about them is how hard it is to stop a person on one of the HMGs on it and how at times a tandem rocket will not blow them up granted usually they do but its like a 98% chance out of 100%

The other vehicles are fine where they are the blackbird is a bit fragile but honestly ppeople shouldnt be sticking in one spot getting shot anyways. its a transport get in and out.

Helicopters:
Gonna start with the little bird, now I love me some helicopters and honestly little bird wouldnt be bad the problem i have with it is well, its fragile to an extent. And aiming the thing is difficult enough to spend 4 hours and get only 10 kills that can be a skill issue and i am practicing to get better for sure but 4-8 shots into a person to kill them is a but much even if it is a minigun and has a high rof you wont be able to keep a helicopter stable enough to fire at a person that long without getting killed yourself
Biggest problem with the helicopters is just how they fly really.. they are sluggish and feel like a leaf in the wind rather than a rotary aircraft. There is also not much acceleration in movement so fine control is out the window making it seem like you need a joystick to fly the helicopters. Aiming the little bird is an issue and thats mostly because youll never be able to use yaw in a fine tune way. They should also drift in a direction of movement so you hard rudder right and stop it should drift right still.

id love to see transport cars allow for crew to just hang out and spray from the window.

i feel like this game could benefit from hummers having 5 people just doing drive bys on points. do keep in mind this would require a really good driver, and you are still really exposed in these vehicles as glass doesnt exsist on them when it should.
