if you just have the playtest and never bought patreon you will need to buy early access once that drops!
early access= paid
if you own early access you will get the full release whenever that comes out (few years from now)
so no you do not need to rebuy the game!
once the playtest ends the playtest branch will be revoked from our accounts
and keys will be sent to patreon users
