Helicopter (Big Bird) tail rotor hit detection box changes.

The detection box is slightly too large and hinders helicopter's overall ability in battle. I shouldn't be losing the tail rotor immediately right out of spawn from 3 APC rounds or a single M200 shot coming from the middle of the map. 🚁

it's not easy, all they did was just make tanks and apc's easier for people with free heli kills, when tanks and apc = free kills already
