#Buff SMGs

Except mp7 and vector
buff other SMGs like mp5, pp19 and pp2000
this SMGs didn't have any advantages then p90
less headshot dmg ratio, less body shot dmg (p90 can kill 4 shots to kill light armor enemy but other SMG's can't do that)
less arrcuacy especially pp2000 < this trash gun didn't have any adv then any other gun
and low total ammo capacity

PP2000 is just a worse Vector. Though still good.

Smgs got good recoil control but ump45 couldnt hurt getting a very slight dmg increase to like headshots or something?
