That depends on your draw speed, besides, reloading takes a lot longer than swapping weapons already anyways.

It usually is faster, but not fast enough. In my opinion it really feels like it should be 20% faster or something.
Especially for the starting pistols, not sure the Glock, revolver and Deagle should be as fast.

That depends on your draw speed, besides, reloading takes a lot longer than swap...
as the secondary comes out it is fast, but then it "settles" that part feels slugish until you can shoot, maybe like 0,3 or so seconds faster, just a tad
