kinda stupid that in most rounds there is like 10-20 snipers just camping in their base. Cant even punish them most of the time. Either limit snipers per squad, or force them to get out of the spawn atleast.

you already cant fire your weapon in spawn so if there are camping on a point then its just defending sounds ok to me

you can punish them by going sniper and not playing like them, just pick em off from wherever for easy -tickets. plus you contribute to the team by simply not base camping
