After the nerf on Empty Armor, there is no need in using it. It has no real benefits, and Empty armor is just a weaker version of light armor. I suggest that the change needs to be reverted, BUT instead of having 10% speed on both, it needs to just be 5%, that way it makes it useful and reasonable for having no Armor.

As far as i was aware. Empty armor has the benifit of better weapon handling and action speed along with the movement speed. Supports a snail in every movement and action. reloading included. Say a medic with no armor gear, can move really fast but also swap weapon fast, reload fast, switch gear fast crouch and prone fast, stand up and sprint fast. the list goes on.
