I've noticed the game has started testing a variety of modes and player sizes. This is a mistake. For an indie game to truly compete and excel, it needs to focus. You aren't going to brute force your way past Activision's Call of Duty or EA's Battlefield, so don't try.
Instead, specialize and do one thing (or a smaller set of things) better than them.
Right now, large-scale warfare differentiates you. You are the only game to hit those player count numbers. Lean into that. Get your vehicles sorted. Add planes, VTOLs, etc. Tweak your maps to flow better, and allow for those larger player numbers. Increase squad cohesion mechanics, and get rid of the lone soldier shit.
Forget 32v32. Forget 64v64. Forget Rush, Gun Game, CTF, and all the other modes that will only water down what makes your game special.
There's still potential here but it will evaporate if you start chasing the competition.
