After the nerf to empty Armor, there is no good reason to use it anymore. Yes, the 20% Body/10% Helmet aimspeed is a thing but has no real effect. I did a time test with both and only saw half a second cut off which is just pitiful. I mean, yes, the speed was a bit insane but for the cost of having no armor to counterbalance it was worth it. All I ask for is an actual good reason to even use/have the Empty Armor/Helmet. Look I think having a 5% speed boost on each would be a good balance. The real killer for the Empty Armor was that 20% and 10% making 30%!!! That is why people were zooming everywhere. A simple 10% is a nice balance of speed over armor/health. All I'm saying is to give Empty Armor a purpose now. A simple 5% speed boost to the Empty Helm and Body.
