I don't like those ideas that spill in from Overwatch and Battle Royales, so no.
It doesn't even matter crap at all, because you can just heal your way to #1.

Was the healing score gain adjusted? If not, then you still easily top score like that.

Arguable. Has more potential to be frustrating for everyone.
Either because a cheater is up there and now gets even more screen time, or because a legit player, but who people are suspicious of, ends up there and gets a final push of reports from salty individuals.
