starting here with mine: Groza is a literal worse P90 and it is ultra underwhelming for being the last weapon you unlock

No need, weapon balance is something that is done in batches with every single weapon having to be analyzed and compared to others.
You can't just go "weapon x is bad buff it" without looking at ALL the other weapons to see if some need to be tweaked so the new "nerfed" weapon can fit in.
The game needs a massive balance patch, if you want to help, be my guest

Hint: Don't use the worse weapons.
Or accept them as chad weapons that you use to spite your enemy, knowing that you could just have picked a better weapon. 🗿
