This session improved performance a lot although I think further testing is needed in bigger maps
Some very glaring issues I found:
-visibility was pretty bad and the fact you couldnt see the enemy after you died showed how powerful a lack of proper visibility is and in turn made snipers super powerful, uniforms cannot have that much similar colors to the map else the person with the biggest scopes always win
-64v64 on a big map with 1 giant objective in the middle doesnt work, map gets too big to walk around and the action concentrates on the center which makes that particular point super chaotic.

all those points look like a skill issue to me

I take it we're talking about Valley. So it is okay that you will be killed by snipers, although it added new structures, but it's still not enough in some areas. And on other maps I advise to play on the type of their weapons, and not sit shooting at 150 meters from the main events of the game
I genuinely thought the performance was worse this playtest.. weird. I was having FPS drops quite regularly
visibility is not only concerning snipers either, players uniforms were so similar to the environment in general it was hard to see anyone close up, you could be standing in from of enemies and not see them at all which is not good
snipers were strong because they had massive zooms and were far away
but still even without snipers close up combat was a mess in terms of visibility, it rewarded camping a lot since this time enemies did not glow red after you died to them
also the fact that there were so many places to look out for didnt help, you had to be looking towards every window and door and each building had like 6
first this is a game so fun over realism else we wouldnt have air control like we do now
second in real life and in games with realistic graphics that have camo you can still see them properly if you pay close attention since the silhouette and multiple colors all stand out better than a cube game that has 2 colors so its not even comparable
see the difference ?
but by all means stick with the "skill issue" argument on a cube game, will be fun when you're constantly dying over someone you have no way of seeing because the characters have the same 2 colors as the environment
no clue what your bitching about like that, support lmg with red dot, and i had zero problems spotting snipers or other people hiding 🤷♂️
cool anecdotal evidence
means nothing
its like someone complaining about performance and people going " na i can run game 400 fps"
but nice flex, bet you will make lots of friends with it
jeez calm the fuck down, just saying i dont have an issue spotting people, dont know why your so salty about it 🤷♂️
and no, preformance issues are not the same as "i cant see the enemy, make it easier for me to see them"
easy there, dont get angry dude nobody cares about you
relax its just feedback
no need to flex your skill to impress e girls
telling you i dont have an issue with what your saying but you say my opinion doesnt matter because your blind as fuck?
salty arent ya ? sounds like you have anger issues
cant take the fact that this is a skill issue can you?
cant take the fact that what you say isnt a fact and your anecdotal evidence does not matter to anyone can you ?
I can flex all day too, I get 400 kills with 600 fps and can kill from 300 meters with 1 eye closed and resolution scale 40
so again, quiet down with the flex you wont make friends with it
not the place
your not listening, all im saying is i dont have an issue spotting people. and you do, so maybe its a skill issue
you get angry over nothing, relax
breathe in and out
i will say it again cause maybe with all the anger you did not read it or maybe you cant see as good as you claim
your anecdotal evidence does not matter
what is your solution to your issue then? everyone running around in blue and red jumpsuits? because otherwise you cant see them?
"uniforms cannot have that much similar colors to the map"
again, since its a block game and theres only couple of colors its easy to see why its an issue
again. for the slow people "but the point of camouflages is to blend in? is it not?"
1 thing is having camo making you hard to see at first like irl and in games with realistic graphics
another thing is having a block game character sharing the single color of the mountain hes walking on, you wont see him unless he shoots or moves
camo irl is imperfect anyway, its very different from a minecraft style game with 2 colors
so all other games camo is fine, just not battlebit. k
is that your conclusion ? all other ? I didnt even play all other games
giving examples
plus all other games arent minecraft graphics so dont have that issue
pretty simple to understand
reading do be hard aint it
i agree with nedgi, the visibility is pretty terrible at times, especially if the enemy is still and prone. lot of times that i completely missed an enemy because they were just sitting there camping and theyre literally the same color as the background. i get thats what camo is supposed to do irl, but HOW irl should the game be? aint nobody tryna play a game where all 200 players have a camping battle, thats boring as fuck.
