Im new to making a smp but i made my world in world painter and uploaded it and installed the plugins i want to start with but never worked with plugins how do i continue and start with them after installing? I oped myself but now what? i dont see commands ingame after restarting the server.

What is the server running? It's in the box on the Home section of the control panel or in the Minecraft Jar section.
