Hi there are they by any chance a gmail user? If they are I am really sorry about this, we have been working on a fix for that issue. Can you try inviting them again. and then asking them to visit games.bisecthosting.com and select the reset password option. pop in thier email and try again? Heard from teh grapevine that a fix was pushed for this
bruh can yall fix the permission, its so annoying already
had my staff access to all these 65 permissions because giving him file access is not letting him do or access to anything, now even with 65 permissions, he cant even still view the files

That screen just means you're logged in with a wrong account, one that isn't tied to the server you're trying to access. Usually the browser automatically logs in with an old account for example.
Logging out and manually logging back in , clearing the cookies/cache for the browser or trying it on one that hasn't been used for the site works!
If the above doesn't work support staff can take a look since they control the panel etc :)
