I just bought a server, installed MotorTown and the instal I got was directly the beta version, I have tried anything I could think off to make it install the public version but I might be missing something because I don't know what else to try.

Heya! Make sure your startup tab is set to beta ~ The servers side install isnt under the public branch so it isnt pullable via that method quite yet

So I can only play the beta version of the game? I can't ask my players to do that, they play the public version in other servers and I can ask them to be constantly switching.

I am sorry about this. I think there was some conffusion. The server side of the game for dedicated servers is a beta branch. But clients (so your members) shouldnt have to swap to special beta client software to join, they can use their default pubic clients'. Does that help?

The server was showing in the server list as Beta branch version 0.7.18, when the public branch of the game is 0.7.17, but now it's showing as 0.7.17, so players should indeed be able to join with their public branch version of the game.
My other issue now is I can't access the server panel to load our save game, I tried to reset the password and all it said in the email is that my password was reset but didn't give me a link to stablish a new password or anything, so I can access the billing panel but that password won't work on the server panel.

Nevermind, for some reason it has now logged in with the same password it was not letting me log in earlier, I just hit log in once more, and it went through, without me changing anything in the password field

Taking the chance that I have this open, I am experiencing an issue, the server is restarting on it's own, it's happened twice, out of nowhere, the game will lag and suddenly we all get disconnected and the server does a restart

It sounds like it may be RAM based. If you check your panel are you getting a notice for an Out of Memory problem? Should be under the “Updates” (the little bell top right of the panel)
Is this happening randomly, or at a specific time (like after x hours)

It happened at exactly 12h, i've been monitoring the server for the whole day and it was on 8gb out of 18gb of ram, and CPU usage and network was fine as well

Hmm.. Is it just silent exiting in the console? Typically that would mean its crashing 🤔
Do you have a restart set via Tasks for example?

Nope, i don't have any restarts set up yet, i was planning on setting up a weekly one, but have not done yet
And it's just literally restarting like someone pressed the Restart button, but i'm the only one with server access
They moved the server to a new node to see if that's fixed
