Sorry to hear that didn't go right, support staff can help you with making sure the server is fully cancelled and getting a refund on being charged after you cancelled. If your purchase was made with paypal, the recurring charge usually also has to be cancelled on paypals end, which might be a reason you're charged after cancellation if you used paypal.
Either way support staff can get it all figured out for you in a few minutes!

You can send an email as well! Staff will never change passwords and accounts arent deleted unless thats requested as far as i know, but if you can't login you can reach them there :)
