Hello. I own a BisectHosting server located in Germany, but suddenly starting from yesterday, one specific player cannot play on it due to a sudden, hideous Network Connection problem.
The issue in specific is Timing Out, aka they successfully join...but then promptly disconnect due to (what we suspect are) network issues.
I tried running them through the usual wheels of allowing Java, Javaw, Minecraft etc. through Windows Firewall, and restarting their PC and Router. Yet, none of them helped one bit.
Yet, we're quite sure the issue is network-related, of their end, because...they were able to join and load in perfectly through the usage of a VPN!
Any support would be appreciated!
