Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:

1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
(Do not send over any logs ending in .gz or we will not be able to assist you)

If your server is in a crash state (the server stops itself), please also attach a crash report, which can be found at the following path:

1. Open your server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'crash-reports' Folder
3. Select the latest crash report by date/time and send it over Discord to this channel.

These files are required for debugging so, please send them over before requesting further assistance. No assistance can be provided without the files. If you have any questions about how to find these files, please take a look here: https://www.bisecthosting.com/clients/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/136/How-to-find-and-view-Minecraft-server-logs-and-crash-reports.html

is this correct?

tame trellis
#

It is!

#

Seems the server is running paper, which isn't a modloader so it won't load any mods.
You'll have to switch it to the right version of Neoforge/Forge/Fabric, whichever your modpack requires

brazen kite
#

how do i do that?

tame trellis
#

On the home page of the control panel, there's a box that says 'installed' and then a button with 'swap jar'

#

Just pick the right version of whatever modloader you need and install it automatically. (Note: don't pick custom forge or anything, people often think this means it is meant for custom modpacks but it isn't)

Okay ill give it a try, thanks for your help!! 🙂

I have tried four different jars under cureseforge and still none of my mods are coming up?

tame trellis
#

Yes, curseforge isn't your modloader, it's just what you're using on your PC

#

Your mods will still use Forge, Fabric or Neoforge

#

If you want you can send a ticket and have staff help you with the install!

Hey Jenna I am really sorry to hear you're still having issues with this.

it looks like you have installed a modpack on your server - the DarkRPG Forge modpack?

But from reading this convo, you have made a modpack on your computer you wanna use?

the modpack you made was it for forge, neoforge or fabric? and do you know what version it was for? I'm gonna try and guide you through setting up the server.

forge, and for 1.19.3

#

i think its because my modpack and my mod list on the servers are different?

#

i dont know why

shut bison
#

Cool. it is exactly that reason from what I can see. so lets work through making them line up.

first things first can you do me a solid.

from the swap jar button can you swap to forge 1.19.3

That will get the server ready for us to start installing your modpack together.

Yup, done

#

Fantatsic you're doing great.

now back on curseforge, I want you to open the modpack you made, and click the three dots next to play and share profile, and then export via zip.

#

When you have done that, and exported the modpack as a zip - Can you upload it to your server. There is a folder I made for you real quick for you to pop the modpack into

brazen kite

Done !
