When the server is ready , you get a welcome email that links to the control panel (games.bisecthosting.com). When you use the login that they give you in the email, you can start or configure the server from there.

Sometimes when locations are temporarily unavailable, you should get an email explaining you've been moved to a different location temporarily and that youll likely be able to be moved over within the next few days. If you want you can make a ticket and ask support if there would space for your server on the Hong Kong location, maybe they can move some things around to speed it up :)
