So I made a new server, and then it said status unpaid and I couldn't access the server panel. So I made a new account and that one worked. Now I've been charged double and the server on my normal account remains entirely unused. I would like to request a refund.

Unfortunate to hear I didn't get back to you in time when you made your original thread, as this is exactly why I advised you to reach out to staff instead of purchasing a new server 😅 they'll still be the ones that have to help out in this case, shoot them a ticket on the website :)
