Hi there!
16 hours is definitely on the long end, we've only really seen that happen here if people check the boxes to move over backups and instances that are really big.
I would reach out to support staff and ask them to take a look so they can check the progress etc, they'll be able to help!

Ah, I see, since you said 'my server' I assumed you were the owner :)

If the owner hasn't given you permission to make tickets on the billing panel (by also inviting you there) and isn't able to make a ticket themselves to ask about it, you can send an email to support staff and ask about it. People that are invited as a subuser to the control panel but not the billing panel can ask for more limited support (since support doesn't have official verification from the owner that they can ask for certain changes), so they still might be able to do something!

I would use the email that's tied to your control panel account (so they can verify you're in fact a sub user)

the server id where is it ? nothing let know the real id i have an transaction id but not named server id
