Hey Esti!

Did you by chance change the Level Name setting on your control panel recently?

Changing this setting makes a new world with the new name. To swap back, you need to set the level name to what it originally was, then restart the server. This is "world" by default

When your server auto restarted during the night, it would have restarted with the new level name you set, and made a new world.

The only true way of doing that is to open each folder to see if there's world based folders inside like DIM1 DIM-1 playerdata and region along with some others possibly.
