I'm trying to change modpacks from Nightfallcraft to FTB StoneBlock 4, I've done everything the videos and guides have said. Stopped the sever, went into the minecraft.Jar and selected the correct CursedForge FTB SB4 and then it installed it supposedly but it still doesn't work. What am I missing

The server, it says its starting up and then I'm trying to connect to it, but it's giving me a timeout error on it

The versions are right and everything should be correct its just not working
