So ive dont everything chat gpt. youtube and what not says and i cannot figure out how to get these plugins to work i watched a youtube video made by bisect about the voice chat plugin and i cannot get that to work either

In the plugins folder. Make sure it's the right one (Paper, 1.21.11)

There is a Plugin installer that will grab them from Modrinth for you.

Do you have the mod installed locally?

I just did as the youtube video showed me made by bisect, downloaded the mod put it into the folder

Then yes, if the mod is installed locally and the plugin is configured, it should just work from there.

It's also easier to add the mod via a modded launcher - they will handle making sure it's the right version, anything extra required is installed, etc.
