Firstly, i've tried pluggins from the bisect installation, maybe i'm dumb and i don't see the compatibility issues from them, since it's a forge modpack i assume only forge pluggins works and the easiest way to try was simple VC but it doesn't seem to work either. Idk if it's a config thing or just me not seeing the error.
mod are both installed on server and client, pluggin is only on the server.

Also we don't receive any money from pokemon capture but i guess it's just a server thing they added and i will need do it myself on my server

It's important to note that plugins will not work on a modded Forge server. You'll need to install the Forge mod version.
If you installed the modpack using the Jar Menu, it's possible the voice chat mod is already there, but disabled until you enable it and configure it.

There is likely a config setting you need to change. I'm not sure what mod that would be though to look at.
