as said, in my webpanel there is an error message. how can i fix it? i cant access the instance manager and other tools

Have you tried refreshing the page? That usually fixes the error for me

The error is showing for me too. Looks like it could be an issue on our end. What I can do through discord is limited so could you open a ticket with us, we can try some more things over there!
