If the text files are being reset, usually it's one of two things:
- Something is wrong with the contents of the file, and the server resets it to "fix" the error.
- The file was edited while the server is running, and the server writes the current values to the file on shutdown.
If you've checked for errors and tried editing the file with the server stopped, I would open a ticket so they can see what exactly is causing the file to reset.
