i need help to add some plugins on my server. Version 1.8. spigot , i have some issues. Plugins not working

Make sure the plugins work on 1.8 - it is effectively ancient, and a lot of the bigger plugins stopped supporting it a while ago.

You'll likely have to find archived versions of the plugin(s) that still work.

so basiclly i just drop my plugins in foulder plugins and need to be on 1.8 version and will be fine ?

Yep! :)

Some plugins may have dependencies (others that also need installed for it to work) but those would be listed if you read through the plugin pages
