I've been trying to create a backup of my server for a few hours now, but it's just extremely slow. I know it's running, but it's so slow it says it's going to crash in December, lol.
I bought the hosting yesterday, I don't know why it's so slow.
And I can't create a ticket because when I enter my login and password in the help section, it says incorrect credentials, but when I go to the regular website and click to log in with the same credentials, it works, lol.

Maralto, first things first... if you are having issues trying to raise a ticket, and you're trying to regain access to your billing account, you may wanna use the chat feature from our website (its the icon at the bottom left), they can help you get access your billing account.
There's sometimes a bit of a mix up between the password needed for your billing panel (and raising tickets) vs the starbase panel - to manage your game server. But Chat should be able to help get you squared away.
From a backup speed perspective, I understand how much we would love backups to be instant. That quick peace of mind would be great. But there are a few steps involved and it can take some time depending upon lots of different factors. Are you still seeing percentage progress when you refresh your browser?

I understand the delay it may take, but we started it yesterday at 10 PM and it's still at 2%. My server has 28 GB, but it shouldn't take this long.

I'll try later then, because I'm on the phone and that doesn't appear for me on the phone. However, I'm a sub-user; I created my account after my boss added my email for access. In that case, only he could access that part? Or would I have to create another account to have that billing password?

Oh no, stuck at 2% still. That sounds like the back up is defo stuck. I would suggest reaching out to the owner and asking them to raise a ticket.
I am so sorry about that, thats the last thing we want, back ups not backing up.
