Hello, I'm French, and I've been renting a server from you for quite some time now. The other day you were having an issue with your servers in France. I just wanted to know if the problem is still ongoing?
I can connect to my server, but I can't move around. It rolls back as soon as I move, I can't open the applied energistic, and I get disconnected after 45 seconds.
I don't think the problem is on my end because when I run tests, I have very good bandwidth and ping.
But I might be wrong, and I wanted to know if there is indeed a problem, or if the problem is on my end? Thank you for your feedback.
