Today I woke up to my friends messaging me about my server being down for hours, I straight up logged on the control panel but it says “we’re having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait” and I have waited for long time but still can’t get get access to any function, please help.

Hi! If that error doesn't go away in 15 minutes, it's something support staff has to take a look at. So since it has been multiple hours, reach out to ticket staff and they can help out :)
