The control panel password is the one you use for FTP, its emailed to you after you purchase the server

after you purchase the server when its ready, you get an email with a link to the control panel (games.bisecthosting.com) and the login for your account.
The control panel is where you edit the servers files, settings etc.

The server ID is an optional field I believe, it's also on the home page of your control panel
