Hello, I created an account with a security question on my old computer, but then my computer broke and I had to buy a new one. Now I can't log in anymore because all my login details are gone. Is there any way to recover my login details, etc.? All I have left is the email address and invoices, etc. but the security question is also gone. Is there a way?

From our home page - click this and it'll open a chat that you can have with our wonderful support agents - they can ask a few securuty questions - whats your email, can you provide proof of purchase that sorta thing and then they can get you a password resent and access set back up. Is that ok for you?
