Hey, I'm trying to swap my server over to fabric from paper. I already tried downloading fabric and tossing the world folder in there with changing the formatting like it says in paper's guide. Only issue is when I do this many chunks reset in the overworld and a lot of player builds are missing. The end and nether were migrating properly so I was very confused. Anyone have any help they can supply with this?

Hey there! How was the world uploaded to the server? Via drag and drop, or via SFTP?
I would definitely give it another try using SFTP. We see this a lot in support where worlds are uploaded via dragging and dropping. Unfortunately there is a file size limit with dragging and dropping, so sometimes the .rca files won't all upload, resulting in a world that looks like swiss cheese.

Finally got around to doing it through SFTP that was literally so easy thank you so much!!!!!!!!!
