Plugins are for Spigot/Paper.

If you're running modded, you need mods to match the modloader.

gotcha yeah Im just using plugins but I wasnt sure if that voice chat one had some kind of mod that goes with it.

The clients need to use the mod.

#

But the server has the option of modded or plugin.

hmm I tried both PaperMC and spigot but the plugins dont seem to be running?.

ah hold on I think I need to reinstall the plugins even though it shows them as installed

it wont let me reinstall or delete the plugins under the "Installed Plugins"

ah my mistake I guess when I was reinstalling the JAR it saved old copys of the plugins in the files so I just had to delete all the other saves
