honestly that log doens't indicate your server is stuck or hung. in console type list and hit enter, if it says x of # players online it's running

#

on home panel is your full ip and port, make sure you connecting to that, make sure you are connecting to that from the mod pack that matches your server.

there are 472 mods in it, give it 30 minutes.

mod packs with 240 or less mods boot in 10 minutes or less on first run

this is not 240 mods

also this type of server needs 8gb minimum. min-i-mum

like if you can throw 10 or more at it that would be better. plus with this many mods soon as players go exploring, lag from world gen is gonna be a pain.
